THE APPLICATION

Please type in clear, short and concise sentences. Please note that the judges may contact you from time to time to provide further information regarding your application.
Explain the key drivers of your company investing in the new plant, and how it changes the game for your company and the industry. Provide details about the new plant, products capability and other relevant information, highlighting the salient features that make your plant unique in your country and region. Is your plant the first ever in your industry, country or region? If not, what makes your plant unique from the others?
What improvements does the new plant bring to your company (if you are already in operation before this new plant)? How efficient and effective is the plant's production and packaging processes? How have your new plant adopted latest engineering and automation technologies? How does your plant compare with similar plants in your industry, country and the region?
Explain in detail how the new plant delivers on sustainability (energy, water and waste), highlighting how the plant compares with similar ones in your industry, country and region. Does your plant have any unique sustainability certifications? In case you have installed any energy, water or waste facilities, what are the installed capacities? How much of your total requirement is taken care of by these facilities? Sustainability: To what extent does the packaging meet sustainability goals of the company and the environment?
Explain in detail how the new plant has taken advantage of the latest plant design concepts to deliver an aesthetically appealing, functional and efficient structure that delivers on your efficiency goals, employee welfare, ease of operations and sustainability
Explain in detail how the new plant incorporates product and personnel safety, highlighting unique attributes that make it stand out from the others.
Plants exist to enable employees to deliver on the company's goals, and therefore it is important to ensure that employee welfare is taken care of during the design and construction of the plant. How does your new plant take care of employee welfare? What are the investments you have made to ensure employees (men and women) work in safe, wholesome environments?
